Background
Clinton Group Inc. (CG) was founded in 1993 by Chairman and Managing Director, John Randolph, who was the originator of Business Process Reengineering as a business discipline in Canada. He launched the firm partnering with best-selling authors James Champy and Michael Hammer, of Reengineering the Corporation, to research and develop methodologies to bring business process reengineering to the Canadian marketplace.
Prior to working with Champy and Hammer at CSC Index in Cambridge Massachusetts, John’s career spanned 15 years in the Financial Services industry and 10 years in the Government of Ontario at the Assistant Deputy Minister designation.
Since its inception, CG has focused on providing consulting services to North America’s largest corporations and government organizations. In all client engagements, John has been the Consulting Executive Lead with a very hands on approach.
